PROBLEM ISSUES

Low academic achievement in areas of Math, Science and English as reflected in the annual National Achievement Test especially in the second year level attributed directly and indirectly to the following problems:

Lack of classrooms which resulted to two-session class schedule: morning session and afternoon session.
Improvement/repair and equipping of the Science laboratory rooms so that the students can understand and retain concepts they learn in science and to provide them venue for experiments and research.
Additional subscription of additional reading and reference materials in the library for students and teachers use.
Need of additional computer units to accommodate all third and fourth year students.
Regular school – based trainings and conferences for teachers especially in math, science and English to keep and maintain enthusiasm/interest in applying different teaching strategies
Improvement/repair of the old and almost dilapidated Bagong Lipunan Building as well as the Welding Shop to provide the students safe and conducive to learning environment. The occasional overflow/flooding of the Talomo-Lipadas River cause damage to these buildings and other properties of the school.
